• Your free trial lasts 3 nights, starting the day you sign up.
• You'll receive your first personalized chapter on the night you join.
• We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends — no surprise charges.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically.

• Bedtime Club is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Pricing may change in the future. We'll always notify you by email before any price change takes effect.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no calls, no forms. After you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period, then stops without further charges.

If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll review your account for a refund. We can't refund charges older than 14 days or partial-month usage after cancellation, but we genuinely want you to feel good about your subscription — reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Stories are personalized and generated using Bedtime Club's storytelling systems. Every story is unique to the child receiving it.

While story details may vary from night to night, we strive to create age-appropriate, family-friendly experiences designed specifically for bedtime. Stories are intended for family enjoyment and may not be republished or resold.

We work hard to keep Bedtime Club available every day. Occasionally, maintenance or unexpected issues may temporarily affect access to the service.

You agree to use Bedtime Club only for personal, family use. Please don't share your account, attempt to abuse or exploit the service, submit harmful content, or use the service in any way that violates the law.

Bedtime Club is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email before they take effect.
